They will review the problem with you and find a solution. In most cases, we can solve a product issue over the phone without it having to be returned.

Should the product be determined to be defective within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced to your full satisfaction. The customer service representative will provide details on how to deal with a defective product. In some cases, we will require that the item be returned for repair, or it will simply be replaced and shipped to you free of charge.
