Shipping / Returns


All orders ship for free. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel from our Montreal warehouse, and most orders are packaged and shipped same-day.


We pride ourselves on offering quality blood pressure monitors with exceptional accuracy. We hope that you are very satisfied with your purchase, but in the event that you aren't, we gladly offer FREE returns within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Outside of 30 days of purchase please contact the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your method of payment. For PayPal orders, log into your PayPal account to see if funds have been returned to your PayPal account. You may have to transfer funds from your PayPal account back into your bank account. For credit card purchases log into your online backing or contact your credit card company to see if the refund has been posted. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at
